I’m on “sat rad merger strike” this week. How many different ways can you write: “Merger approval depends on the relevant market for the combined satellite radio companies.”

There’s nothing new in most of the stories I’m reading, unless you count that NAB is in some way supporting those George Washington University law students that formed Consumer Coalition For Competition In Satellite Radio. If true (as reported by Corporate Crime Reporter), that undercuts their Criterion Economics Study that found the merger would be bad for consumers.
