Coyote Calhoun, dean of Louisville DJs and a multiple award-winner, announced his retirement earlier this year, and the man is going out in style.
A Dec. 3 country music concert is planned for Louisville’s KFC Yum Center featuring Toby Keith, Luke Bryan, Jake Owen, Little Big Town, Chris Young, John Michael Montgomery, Kristian Bush, Maddie & Tae and more. The concert quickly sold out.
Calhoun has been the program director and drive time DJ for top-rated country music station WAMZ(FM) for 35 years. He’s won about every award imaginable, a couple several times. See this profile on him from the Louisville Courier-Journal.
