WAY-FM Uses ISDN for STL in Nashville

WAY-FM Media Group is using ISDN to solve some STL problems. The Christian music network is using Telos Zephyr Xstream transceivers to create its studio-transmitter link at its Nashville flagship station. The system uses MPEG AAC coding. Jim Turvaville is the chief engineer. The station’s older microwave shot had degraded because of development in the area.
