Wicks Broadcast Solutions merged with Marketron International Inc.
Pete D’Acosta, CEO of WBS, will remain as CEO of the new company, operating under the name Marketron Broadcast Solutions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
WBS and Marketron offer broadcast management products for radio, television and cable. Marketron Broadcast Solutions also includes the software divisions of both companies.
