Wegener said it landed an order worth more than a half-million dollars to upgrade a background music network.
The company said the order consists of a Compel network control system and Unity 202 enterprise audio receivers and is valued at $534,000. It did not identify the client.
The system will support live and file-based audio broadcasts, it said. Wegener provides digital video and audio products for broadcast television, radio, telco, private and cable networks. President/CEO C. Troy Woodbury Jr. made the announcement.
