Westwood One Names Meyers EVP of Media, Data and Video

Westwood One says Bob Meyers will assume the position of executive vice president of digital media, data and video, a new one for the program syndicator.
His duties include overseeing strategy and product development of digital media products, as well as management of the video syndication business and SmartRoute Systems.
Meyers created Viacom Interactive Services and served as its first senior vice president in the 1990s. In 2002, he was named general manager of CNBC Enterprises, and in 2004 he added the title of SVP, primetime programming. Most recently, he joined the board of directors of DoubleClick Inc.
