Westwood One named Gary Yusko as CFO; he replaces Andrew Zaref, who is leaving to pursue other opportunities, the company reported. It also announced that Peter Kosann, president and CEO, will be leaving.
Yusko was with the company from 1985 through 2006, last as EVP of financial operations.
The company also said it is “continuing to work towards execution of definitive documentation regarding the modification and extension through 2017 of its various agreements with CBS Radio” and said it is optimistic that it will finalize these new arrangements in August for stockholder approval in the fourth quarter.
Kosann’s departure is in connection with the planned change in the agreements with CBS, including termination of its management agreement. Kosann is an employee of CBS Radio and will leave early next year.
David Hillman takes the newly created post of chief administrative officer. He continues as EVP of business affairs and general counsel.
