The departure of Howard Stern continues to affect business relationships throughout radio.
Westwood One said it reached terms with CBS Radio to become the exclusive national advertising representative of the new morning drive programs hosted by David Lee Roth and Adam Carolla. It will also distribute the programs to non-CBS-owned Radio stations.
CBS Radio manages Westwood One.
Roth will broadcast from flagship WXRK(FM) in New York on weekday mornings. His show will also be heard in Dallas, Philadelphia, Boston, Pittsburgh, Cleveland and West Palm Beach.
Carolla will broadcast from KLSX(FM) in Los Angeles weekday mornings. He’ll also be heard in San Francisco, San Diego, Phoenix, Portland and Las Vegas.
Both shows kick off Jan. 3.
And Westwood One will also handle the new three-hour evening talk program by Jay Severin.
