Marieke Wijtkamp has resigned as president/COO of OMT Inc.
Executive Chairman Bill Baines will fill in as interim president and CEO. Wijtkamp will continue until Nov. 1.
Director Stephen Pumple called her a “key leader at OMT since 2003.”
Baines is a former executive of AML Wireless Networks Inc., MTS Communications Inc. and Norigen Communications Inc.
The Canadian company is known in broadcast for its iMediaTouch brand among other offerings.
