At the tail end of the NAB spring show, Harris revealed that a senior-level broadcast executive is leaving the company. In a statement, Harris CEO Howard Lance said, “Hal Wilson, Vice President SP&S business unit, has chosen to leave the organization, effective immediately. I want to acknowledge Hal’s contribution to Harris during his tenure with the company.”
Until a replacement is named, the SP&S management team will report to Dale Mowry, who also heads the broadcast team since the earlier departure of Bruce Allan, former president and general manager of Harris’ Broadcast Communications Division.
