    The Winter SWL Fest is set for March 8-10 at Kulpsville Pa., about a 30-minute drive north of Philadelphia.

    It’s an annual gathering of shortwave, DXers and other radio enthusiasts. The group plans to demo HD Radio, Digital Radio Mondiale and Internet Radio.
