The Michigan Association of Broadcasters announced recipients of its Broadcast Excellence Station of the Year awards.
The radio winners, given in four market classes, were WJR(AM) Detroit, WOOD(AM) Grand Rapids, WLEN(FM) Adrian and WSJM(AM) Benton Harbor. The public radio group winners were WGVU(AM/FM) in Grand Rapids and WUOM/WFUM/WVGR-FM, Ann Arbor.
The awards presentation was at the Lansing Center this week.
