WorldDAB Readies for Geneva International Motor Show

Will hold session to study importance of DAB in today’s connected cars

WorldDAB has added a pair of new speakers to its planned session at the upcoming Geneva International Motor Show 2016. Carsten Friedrich, account director for Mediamobile, and Steve Young, managing director at ICDP, will join a group of previously announced speakers to WorldDAB’s session, which will look at the importance of DAB in connected cars.

WorldDAB is offering four modules that will focus on broadcasters and automotive; infortainment, connected car and hybrid radio; safety and security; and dealers and selling digital radio. The session will begin at 12:30 p.m. on March 8. Attendees have the choice of attending individual modules or the full session.

The Geneva International Motor Show 2016 takes place from March 3–13.
