A Motley Fool columnist thinks XM Satellite Radio is a “worst” stock pick for 2008.

Writer Philip Durell cites XM’s volatility and dropping price. The Fool also asked readers to vote for their worst picks.

Durell says the company revenues “do not constitute healthy growth because the inputs necessary to achieve that growth have been far too costly.” Neither deals with automakers nor the pending merger with Sirius will help boost shareholder value, he believes.
