XM Satellite Radio launches college basketball programming Nov. 15. XM is the official satellite radio network of the Atlantic Coast Conference, Big Ten Conference, and Pacific-10 Conference collegiate basketball programs. XM will carry hundreds of men’s and women’s college basketball games from the beginning of the regular season through the conference tournaments in early March.
