Tony Zazza, morning show host on Cumulus Media’s WAOA(FM), Orlando, Fla., is bringing his Jingle Jet to central Florida.
The Jingle Jet is a private Bombardier CRJ regional jet that flies selected kids and their families to the “North Pole” — a redressed part of Orlando Melbourne International Airport — for a Christmas party and gifts. A release says that the party will include: “Santa and Mrs. Claus, face painters, snowmen, balloon artists and more. Each family will also be presented with their own Christmas tree, gifts and holiday trimmings.”
Zazza and his Zazza Community Foundation had been flying the jet every Christmas season while he was working in Dallas and now he’s brought it to his new stomping grounds. He partners with Elite Airways and the airport for the project.
