Zimmer Sells 17 stations to Mississippi Valley/Max Media

Seventeen radio stations change hands in a $43 million deal between Mississippi Valley Radio, the buyer, and Zimmer Radio Group.
Max Media is the principal shareholder in Mississippi Valley; Rust Communications is an investor.
The stations are AMs WCIL, WJPF, KZIM, KGIR, KMAL, KWOC and KSIM, as well as FM stations WCIL, WUEZ, WXLT, WOOZ, KEZS, KCGQ, KLSC, KJEZ, KKLR and KGKS.
