Radio Show Takes a Turn in the Sun

Why is there a picture of a baby giraffe in this issue? Because this month’s Radio Show features a Friday morning session about the nearby Disney’s Animal Kingdom, where baby Aella lives with her mom Lily. (Animal Kingdom is one of several Orlando-area theme parks where Disney makes its magic happen.)

John David: “The Consummate Radio Broadcaster”

John David will receive the National Radio Award from the National Association of Broadcasters at the fall Radio Show. In the announcement, NAB President/CEO Gordon Smith called David “the consummate radio broadcaster.” We reached out to learn more about the man behind the public persona.
