Gay and Lesbian Broadcasters Invite Allies to Meet Up in Vegas

39th annual gathering to be held April 25 at Quadz Video Bar

The National Association of Gay & Lesbian Broadcasters has announced details for its annual gathering in Las Vegas. This year marks the 39th event for the group which first convened in 1978.

Coinciding with the NAB Show, NAGLB invites broadcasters of all sexual orientations and political persuasions to meet at 7 p.m. on April 25 at Quadz Video Bar on 4640 Paradise Rd. No RSVPs or cover charges are required for this informal gathering.

“You’re welcome to come hang out with us, have a chat and grab some food,” said organizer Paul Walker. He encourages attendees to “just come as you are, stay as long or as little as you like.”

Lyle Henry has stepped down from his role as lead organizer but is expected to attend, according to Walker.
