(click thumbnail)iMediaTouch v3 On-Air Show LogsOMT Technologies is announcing the fifth-generation release of the iMediaTouch automation system, which it says adds 20 client-driven features and user interface enhancements for both touchscreen and “drag-and-drop” functionality.
Features of iMediaTouch v3 include audio back up at the tertiary level with restoration of configuration settings and database entries “for added peace of mind,” according to the company; enhanced features for complete automated baseball and NASCAR broadcasts; automated hooks builder for airing “coming up next” promos; optional “Cart Style” screen display with static cart decks within the on-air module; and the “CanCon” feature for Canadian broadcasters, which automatically displays a “play percentage” of Canadian content for CRTC requirements.
Additional highlights include an enhanced phone bit recorder and WAV form editing features within the on-air screen, and an optional “Compaq Audio Library” display with drag-and-drop to the main log.
