2010 Tower Calendar Now Available

Fybush's annual salute includes old and new

"Her long, lean legs glisten in the sunset…" would not be an out-of-place description for a page from a pin-up calendar. And so it is for Scott Fybush and his Tower Site Calendar radio tower calendar, now available in its 2010 edition.

Not quite Pirelli material, the pin-up calendar for radio engineers features again a baker's dozen of eye-catching towers, most elderly but some new. Several are more than just four steel legs.

Included are the "horizontal" antenna in Los Angeles, historic sites such as KDKA and WBT, a stop in Mexico (XEWW), an Art Deco treat (WTOP), soaring sites in Idaho and Georgia along with New York's latest AM — in New Jersey.

Format is 8 x 11 inches and all photos are new, taken by Scott himself and in color.

They cost $18 and can be ordered online.
