German radio/TV broadcast console maker Lawo was presented with a silver award for the mc2 line of consoles, at the 29th German Economy Innovation Awards in Frankfurt. The company won in the mid-size company category.
Accepting the award was CEO Philipp Lawo.
The German Economy Innovation Awards are given to trendsetting companies with consideration to project management, degree of innovation and cost/benefit analyses. Awarded since 1980, they are sponsored by Wirtschaftsclub Rhein-Main, a business club, and WirtschaftsWoche, a German weekly business magazine. (Silber is German for silver.)
