Netherlands-based Broadcast Partners has issued a new product line to support local broadcasters in the transition to digital.
The new product line consists of a 50 W DAB+ transmitter, an antenna system, cabling, installation and an aXemble headend.
The products are individually selected, depending on the broadcaster’s requirements. Broadcast Partners says it also offers different payment options depending on the capabilities of local stations and temporary transit licenses.
Options include buying the entire configuration; renting the installation with right of purchase; and the “as a service” service, with the company providing the installation and technically managing the multiplex. With the latter, customers only need to provide the stream, adds the firm.
