BW Broadcast’s new V2 range of FM transmitters is available from 5 W to 1500 W. The company also plans to make high-powered versions of the transmitter.
According to the firm, the TX1500 V2 features gold clamp transistors, slide-in power supplies, a cooling system and other characteristics to simplify maintenance. It also includes an Ethernet connection for remote management without software installation.
Intelligent alarms, email alerts, a real time clock and comprehensive logging are also available, says BW Broadcast, while a high resolution OLED display helps with metering processing and help tips simplify setup.
V2 Transmitters will be on display at Broadcast Asia 2013 at booth 5C4-01.
