Audio cable manufacturer Cable-Up has announced a redesign and remanufacture of its Premium and Industrial microphone cable lines.
The Premium line is jacketed with rugged neoprene and uses 22 AWG conductors and oxygen-free copper braided shielding. The XLR cables are terminated with Amphenol AX Series connectors. They can be purchased in 1-foot to 200-foot lengths, as well as in unterminated 500-foot bulk spools. The Cable-Up Premium cables are RoHS compliant and will be available in March 2013.
The Industrial line microphone cables feature PVC jackets and use 22 AWG connectors, braided shielding and soldered XLR connectors fitted with gold-plated contacts. They are available in 12 sizes from 1-foot to 100-foot lengths and are available for purchase now.
