Clear Channel has announced that it has a new app update for iHeartRadio Talk.
The upgrade is aimed at making the broadcaster’s talk offerings, along with those of its partners, more available. A list of those programs is available here.
President of Digital for Clear Channel Media and Entertainment Brian Lakamp said, “During beta, we have received a lot of feedback to make our Talk feature more accessible via mobile, and now we are able to provide that. Our users will also notice even more Talk functionality coming to our apps in the near future.”
Improvements include better navigation, improved menus and the ability to browse by category.
The update for iOS devices is available immediately with Android expected on Sept. 12.
