Dial M for SAS

Sierra will show off a new console line

Sierra Automated Systems and Engineering promises a new console series, the M Class, at the Vegas show. The Ms are control surfaces driving RIO generated/routed audio. The series is expected to work with installed SAS systems.

Another new product for the NAB Show is the KEL-16, an audio-over-IP bridge for the 32KD system. The 32-channel KEL-16 is N/ACIP-compliant and bidirectional designed to interface with other 32KD systems or any other audio-over-IP device.

The USB Guest Turret is an addition to the Turret line of interface and widget modules. This particular device is a USB-based interface for studio talent or guest laptops to connect to the SAS routing system for bidirectional communications.

And SAS has redesigned its Soft Panel Router Control Suite software. The new application has added several tools and GUIs to its menu.
