Scisys will showcase the latest version of the dira! radio automation system in Las Vegas.
The production and playout solution features several enhancements for better integration with third-party systems.
In particular, dira! now supports the MOS 2.8.4 standard for bidirectional integration with newsroom systems, including AP/ENPS and Annova OpenMedia. Another important development is the improved schedule import. This feature, the company explains, gives users a simple way to utilize schedules from other systems or files in the scheduling environment of dira!
Scisys, in addition, is announcing major improvements to its archive solutions, including video support. Ríkisútvarpið, the Icelandic national broadcaster, will deploy this extended Scisys archive system for a unified audio and video archive with close integration of the video production environment, the firm says.
