Those hunting for work in radio should plan to stay until the late part of the convention.
The NAB Radio Show Career Fair will be held Friday Sept. 22 at the Anatole Hotel in Dallas. It is produced by the NAB Education Foundation along with the Broadcast Education Association and the Radio-Television News Directors Association. The fair is open to anyone, whether registered for the convention or not.
Companies participating include Continental Electronics, First Broadcasting, Beasley, Cox, Emmis, Hubbard, Univision, USA Radio Network, the Nevada Broadcasters Association and the Texas Association of Broadcasters. Also WFLS/WYSK/WWUZ of Fredericksburg, Va.; Dallas stations KVTT(FM), WRR(FM) and KNON(FM); Business TalkRadio Network; and the Media Sales Institute.
