Network and studio audio monitoring gets boosts

Broadcast audio equipment manufacturer Harris has two new members of the PR&E line of radio equipment, the VMReact and RMXengine.

The VMReact is aimed at monitoring and control duties for VistaMax network systems. RMXengine works with the PR&E RMXdigital console, giving the console additional talkback and IFB functionality per channel.

Harris Broadcast Communications President Harris Morris said: “Radio broadcast are increasingly interested in moving towards distributed architectures that rely less on consolidated infrastructures and bring the power of the network closer to the studios.”

Harris is in the North Hall here at the show.
