Sonifex will have two new AoIP products and one new sound card on display at IBC2016 in Amsterdam.
Both Audio over IP products, the AVN-GMCS PTPv2 Grandmaster Clock with GPS receiver and the AVN-TB
Talkback Intercoms, are both Ravenna and AES67 compatible. The AVN-GMCS features a display showing received GPS signals, a real-time clock and the outputs for PPS and the wordclock are interchangeable. The AVN-TB intercoms are for aiding in the communication between studios, stages, theaters and offices. It features 48 kHz sample rate audio, dual 1GB LAN ports and a 1Gb SFP fiber port.
Sonifex’s new PCIe Half Height sound card has both dual stereo analog and dual stereo AES-3 digital input and outputs. The soundcard is compatible with Windows Wave, DirectSound, DirectShow, MCI, MIDI playback and Core Audio APIs. It supports audio up to 32 bits, 192 kHz.
