Building up the 7 series of high-end studio and post monitors, JBL has released a pair of new biamplified monitors, the 705P and 708P.
Common characteristics between the pair of two-way monitors are JBL Image Control Waveguide; 250 W Class D amps powering each driver; onboard 192 kHz/32-bit processing; onboard 12-band room EQ; onboard 8-band user EQ; onboard room delay controls; factory and user preset slots; Harman HiQnet; steel grille; and analog and digital inputs.
The 705P has a 5-inch 725G low-frequency driver and a 2409H high-frequency driver. The 708P offers an 8-inch 728G LF driver and the 2409H HF driver.
