On the heels of its MyMarketron portal debut, Marketron has released a similar application for broadcaster-advertiser relations.
Called Media Connect, the Mediascape module is a portal for broadcast users to offer to their advertising clients. It will allow for broadcast sales departments to set up interfaces for each client to use. Clients can use it to pay bills, see available inventory, monitor accounts, and play schedules and air checks.
Additional services can include value-added information specific to a client, customized Web site branding and loyalty programs incentives.
Marketron COE Steve Minisini made the announcement. He said the tool is intended to make it easier for client advertisers to do business “while increasing touch points and reducing days sales outstanding.”
