Wondercraft Launches AI-Based Ad Studio

Company highlights the creation of audio ads by typing

The competitive arena for AI-based audio advertising tools has another entrant.

Wondercraft said its Ad Studio product provides tools “to produce, iterate and translate studio-quality audio ads in seconds simply by typing.”

It’s targeted at creative teams at agencies, studios and brands. The company nicknamed the product “Canva for Audio,” a reference to the popular graphic design platform Canva.

The company said users can write copy and scripts from scratch or generate ideas using a library of prompts.

“Brands can give a voice to their copy by choosing from hundreds of options covering multiple languages, accents and emotions. Using ‘Parrot Mode,’ creatives can direct AI voices to deliver lines with a specific tone or intonation to achieve their creative vision.”

A new timeline editor enables users to adjust voice speed, perform voice-over retakes, and customize their production using a vast library of music and sound effects.

The platform supports commenting and approvals across teams.

Ads can be localized for various markets. Existing ads can be uploaded and translated into approximately 30 languages.

Wondercraft was founded by former Palantir engineers Dimitris Nikolaou and Youssef Rizk, and former COO at Acast and executive at Spotify and iHeartmedia Oskar Serrander. In February it received venture capital support from several companies including ElevenLabs.
