App supplier MEA Mobile is offering Raymond Seymour’s engineering apps for iOS for free through Wednesday.
Tablet apps can help bring the power of their new technology to longstanding engineering tasks. Seymour worked at General Electric for almost four decades, he’s now making engineering apps for the Apple platforms.
Offerings include “Compression Spring Design,” “Ohm’s Law,” “Gear Design,” “AC Impedance Simulator” and numerous others.
Good for techies who like to “roll their own” and do component level trouble-shooting and small box construction.
