RDL Will Show New Converter

HR-ADC1 is latest module

Utility widget maker Radio Design Labs will unveil an analog-to-digital audio converter to NAB Show attendees. The HR-ADC1 is a two-channel converter capable of operating at 24 bits/192 kHz. Bit rate and sample rate are selectable.

It has balanced and unbalanced inputs and digital outputs for AES/EBU, ASES3ID and S/PDIF. Sync inputs are available for AES/EBU, ASES3ID and S/PDIF. Peak metering offers a selectable hold or peak store.

Also new at the RDL booth is a pair of wall-mountable “consumer” input jacks. The D-CIJ3D is a stereo model while the D-CIJ3 is a mono model. Inputs can be RCA or 1/8-inch/3.5 millimeter mini connectors. The unbalanced inputs are hum-cancelling and transformed to balance 10 kohm output. Available in white or stainless steel.
