Recorder and consumer electronics maker Marantz would like to put money into the hands of prospective recorder buyers.
Until March 31 Marantz is offering a $100 rebate to buyers of the PMD620 handheld digital recorder.
The PMD620 is a battery-operable SD card-based recorder operating at 44.1 kHz or 48 kHz and 16- or 24-bit.
Buyers must purchase a PMD620 from an authorized reseller between Jan. 1 and March 31. The rebate is by mail-in coupon. The unit retails for $499, but sells for less at most online sources we’ve checked, even before the rebate. Read the Radio World review here.
