Roland’s BA-330 is the latest entry into the crowded field of portable PA systems. It is also a little different in configuration.
The BA-330 has four input channels – two of which are stereo inputs. Onboard effects include EQ, reverb, delay and stereo-wide. It also includes in anti-feedback processing. A stereo link allows two BA-330s to be connected.
XLR, 1/4-inch and RCA inputs enhance input options.
Unusually output is via four 6.5-inch drivers with dual tweeters on the side rather than the usual two-way (single large woofer, single tweeter) design.
Built-in foldout legs allow for tilt-back angling of the BA-330. Weight is 30 pounds.
Operation is via AC or a battery pack (eight AA batteries). A built-in battery meter monitors battery power.
