RVR Elettronica is exhibiting the PTX30-DDS and PTX100-DDS digital FM exciters.
Features include built-in digital stereo coder, ITU professional limiter and on-board RDS. The exciter is microprocessor-controlled and easy to program via its menu or RS-232. Main parameters are displayed on the LCD screen. Features include AES/EBU, L&R, mono and MPX inputs and auxiliary inputs for SCA/RDS signals.
The PTX100-DDS interfaces with RVR telemetry systems to assure simple remote control of operating parameters. It occupies only two rack units and provides 80 to 260 V multi-voltage universal power feeder with no selection requirements.
Also from RVR, the TEX500LCD is a solid-state transmitter with a digital user interface to diagnose and control displayed parameters such as frequency, output power and measurement. Power is adjustable from 0 to 500 W; foldback control assures on-air performance under any VSWR conditions. The system is available with two SCA/RDS input connectors.
