Shure Aims for the Head

New headset family now available

Microphone maker Shure has a family of headsets debuting at the NAB Show, the BRH line.

The BRH offers three models: a traditional two-cup model, a single-cup model and a lightweight “guest” model.

The BRH440M is the dual-cup model. It has the standard padded cups for isolation. The single-sided Kevlar-reinforced cable is detachable and is sold unterminated. Cable, earcups and mc windscreen are replaceable.

The BRH441M is a single-cup model with all of the same features. The boom can be fully rotated so that the unit can be left- or right-handed.

The BRH31M is a lightweight, single-sided model whose boom can be fully rotated.

All models share a flexible boom with a built-in flip-up mute. The boom can be manipulated 270 degrees. The mic is a dynamic cardioid.
