Telos Alliance Releases Mix Engine Software Update

Fusion Console Version 3.2 is for Axia PowerStation and StudioEngine

Broadcast studio equipment developer Telos Alliance has announced the release of new software for its Axia Fusion Console Mix Engines.

Version 3.2 is for the line’s PowerStation and StudioEngine rackmounted controllers.

According to the announcement new features include an automix function for situations where users have multiple microphone fader channels open, such as during a talk show with mulitple guests; an d an AES67-compliant SIP connection management for unicast allows for the exchange of audio over a high-speed managed WAN using AES67.

Telos Alliance Vice President of Sales, Support and Marketing Marty Sacks said, “One of the most requested features for Fusion is automatic mic mixing. Multiple mics are the rule in lots of studios these days and the automix feature helps presenters focus on their show and not operating the console.”

The updates can be accessed at the PowerStation and StudioEngine product pages.
