Telos Systems has been busy of late, reinvigorating its telephone system product offerings. The latest in the line of Telos telephone products are the Hx1 and Hx2 POTS digital hybrid telephone interfaces. Previewed at NAB, they are now shipping.
As single and dual hybrids, respectively, these rackmounted boxes provide special POTS processing algorithms along with Digital Dynamic EQ and a “smart” lever.
The processing options also include an AGC and noise gate from Omnia Audio. Throw in a pitch shifter and ducking controls as well.
Also on the feature list are auto-answer with a selectable ring count, flexible metering displays, disconnect detection, hold and call screening tools.
