"Is there nothing donuts can't do?" Homer Simpson once asked of his favorite snack. One might joke about the same for the iPhone and its ever-proliferating multitude of apps.

One of the latest and of interest to an NAB Show audience is 1st Video, a video editing app from VeriCorder.

1st Video is designed to turn an iPhone into a miniature movie studio. It can produce H.264/MPEG 4 video and offers basic audio and video editing tools.

Additional video and audio clips (including sound effects) can be imported for more complex projects. Audio levels can be independently controlled.

Radio World reported last fall about Vericorder's Poddio, which caught a lot of attention at the NAB Radio Show.
