On the exhibit floor at the NAB Show, Wheatstone is showing several additions to its WheatNet-IP Intelligent Network.
The TS-22 Talent Station is described as a first; it is a single-panel controller that plugs into the network to provide grouped controls for mic, headphone, amplifier and speaker levels. It is available in flushmount and free-standing countertop versions.
Also new is the M4-IP four-channel microphone processor. It is a 1RU Blade chassis with four high-quality mic preamps, four processors and four preset controls that can be set up and controlled from anywhere in the Wheatstone AoIP network.
And the company is showing a new LIO-48 high-density logic Blade for the network; it can handle the conditional logic functions needed for busy talk studios and other applications requiring additional complex logic control.
