Orban Labs, a worldwide leader in audio processing for AM, FM, TV and Internet broadcasting has announced the appointment of Clear Cut, Inc., based in Miami, Florida, as the company’s exclusive distributor in South America and all Central America countries except Mexico.
Clear Cut is managed by Oliver Baumann, an industry veteran with decades of sales experience in the broadcast and professional audio industries. He has been involved in Latin American sales since the early 1990s, when he was appointed to handle Siemens Audio/Video in South America. Baumann also spent 14 years with Sennheiser, managing that company’s business in Latin America; sales of Sennheiser products grew an average of 30% year after year during his tenure.Clear Cut, founded in 1999, became Baumann’s sole focus in 2012. The company now employs sales engineers and representatives based throughout Latin America and works directly with all of the major broadcasters in the region including TV Globo, Telefe, Artear, Caracol, TVN and more.
