INDIANAPOLIS�Paul Brenner has asked�Verizon avery pointed question: Do you really know what consumers want out of a smartphone?

Brenner says that more than 152,000 Verizon customers have signed an online petition requesting the ability to listen to local FM radio on their mobile devices. He�cautions that they don�t want to be the last mobile carrier to activate the FM chip in smartphones.

Coinciding with National Get to Know Your Customers Day, NextRadio is kicking off itscampaignto convince Verizon Wireless to join Sprint, AT&T andT Mobile,companies that have already committed to support FM radio listening.

Stations are encouraged to promote the campaign on the air and on social media platforms using #gettoknowyourcustomersday.�
