Clear Channel says it is investing in finding and training sales people.
“Selling for the Future” is the name of a new training and recruitment initiative through Clear Channel Radio.
The program kicked off June 2 in New York City; trainees are set to graduate July 2. Content includes explaining the value of radio, addressing the changing industry, presentation skills, new business development and research tools.
“We believe so strongly in preparing for the future that we are investing significant financial and personnel resources to find, hire and train future sales professionals,” stated the group’s radio CEO, John Hogan.
“We are committed to training sales forces that are reflective of our marketplace and providing an excellent foundation for their success.”
