Steve Floyd is chief RF engineer for the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program. He is a BSEE graduate of Virginia Tech and former student DJ and engineer of its station WUVT-FM. He is a member of the Association of Federal Communications Consulting Engineers and the Society of Broadcast Engineers Chapter 37 in Washington, D.C.
