The FCC has affirmed an $11,000 fine against Billy Autry, Licensee of WKRA(AM) in Holly Springs, Miss., for failing to enclose the station’s antenna within a locked fence, operating with excessive power after sunset and failing to go off the air at night. The original penalty was issued in March. The agency said Autry had not responded so it confirmed the fine and gave him 30 days to pay.
