College students are now able to apply to the 15th Student Production Awards, run by College Broadcasters Inc. The CBI board of directors has released entry information and made it available online.
According to the CBI’s release, the National Student Production Awards honor student work in electronic media in more than 20 categories as well as general categories in station imaging, website design and social media presence. Up to four finalists are selected for each category.
The deadline for submission will be May 13. Finalists will be announced prior to the National Student Electronic Media Convention, which will take place Oct. 20–22 in Philadelphia. Winners will be announced at the convention’s award presentation.
The CBI is also looking for advisers and industry professionals interested in judging contest entries. To find out more, contact Steven Hames, awards coordinator for CBI.
